Estimate & Booking Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Purely Canadian Movers provides estimates to help customers plan local, long-distance, cross-country, packing, storage, and office moves. This page explains what can affect the estimate and booking process.
What affects a moving estimate
- Shipment size, inventory, weight, or volume.
- Move distance, route, access, stairs, elevators, parking, ferry, or building rules.
- Packing, unpacking, supplies, storage, disassembly, reassembly, and specialty items.
- Move date, season, crew size, truck requirements, and availability.
- Valuation coverage options and declared-value considerations.
Estimate accuracy
The more detail you provide, the more useful the estimate can be. A quote may need adjustment if inventory changes, access is different than described, additional services are requested, or building conditions create extra time or handling.
Booking confirmation
A move is not fully booked until scheduling, service scope, pricing terms, and any required booking steps are confirmed with Purely Canadian Movers. Availability can change during busy moving periods.
Changing or cancelling a move
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. Timing, availability, crew scheduling, and route planning may affect whether a move can be changed or rescheduled.
